1. Acceptance
By accessing or using myteamsquares.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site and the Team Squares brand are operated by Luminary Digital LLC ("Luminary Digital LLC", "we", "us"), which is responsible for the Site and any text messages sent from it.
2. Nature of the Fundraiser
Team Squares operates a fundraising activity for youth sports teams. Participation is voluntary. Contributions are not tax- deductible unless explicitly stated by the organizing team.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to claim a square. Minors may be featured on the "Meet the Team" page only with parent/guardian permission and only by first name.
4. Payments
Payments are collected through third-party providers such as Venmo or PayPal. Team Squares does not store your payment credentials. A square is considered claimed only after payment is confirmed by an organizer.
5. Winners and Payouts
Winning squares are determined by the last digit of each team's score at the end of each quarter of the associated NFL game. Payouts are distributed by the organizers per the rules posted on the Site or communicated in advance.
6. SMS / Messaging
By providing a phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Team Squares regarding results, winners, and tournament updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Team Squares is not affiliated with the NFL, the MLB, or any professional sports league, team, or organization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Squares and its organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
